Our Story
Four decades, one standard
Majestic started in 1985 with one crew and a simple promise: show up, do the work properly, and be someone a building manager can rely on at 2am. Four decades later that promise is still the whole business model.
Hospitality taught us our standard. When a hotel lobby has to look flawless every morning and a banquet hall has to reset between events, there is no room for "good enough." We carried that discipline into healthcare, senior living, offices, schools, retail and post-construction work — the same checklists, the same inspections, the same crews you get to know by name.

How we got here
1985
The first crew
Majestic opens its doors with a single van, a handful of buildings, and one rule that still holds: leave every space better than you found it.
1990s
Hospitality becomes our craft
Hotels and banquet halls bring us in for overnight work. Guest rooms, lobbies and kitchens become our specialty — and the standard the rest of our work is measured against.
2000s
Healthcare and senior living
Nursing homes, assisted living communities and medical suites join our roster, bringing infection-control protocols and EPA-approved products into every division.
2010s
Beyond the metro
Long-standing clients expand, and so do we — adding crews across New Jersey, Connecticut, Pittsburgh and Delaware.
